All sales are final. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. If you are not satisfied, our products make great gifts for your friends and family.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@airportshirtexchange.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Thank you
