We started A.S.E. because most funny T-shirts suck.
Somehow the internet got funnier, we all got more online, and T-shirts didn’t.
It’s still the same recycled dad jokes, played-out references, and “I’m not arguing, I’m just explaining why I’m right” type shirts that have been floating around for the last 15 years.
We wanted something different.
We’re two comedians and recent college graduates who enjoy making each other laugh and want to share it with the world. We both have normal day jobs, and A.S.E. is what we work on after hours because we want to share the jokes we can't always say.
The goal is to take that kind of humor and put it on shirts before the joke has already been beaten to death for years.
Not every shirt on here is something both of us would personally wear, and that’s on purpose.
Some are for you. Some are for your friend who absolutely should not be allowed to wear it in public. Some are for the airport. Some are for the bar. Some are the shirt you buy because you know exactly who you need to send it to for their birthday the second you see it.
We’re a small U.S.-based business, and the designs are made by us, in the U.S., usually after we get home from work.
We’re not a faceless store uploading thousands of random AI designs, slapping a ridiculous markup on them, and hoping one goes viral.
We actually make the jokes. We actually make the designs. And we actually care whether they’re funny.
